1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the at44 platform and all its services. By visiting the at44 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Age Restrictions

at44 takes a firm stance against gambling by minors. If an account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from at44 is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure:

• Your KYC verification has been completed.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal account and the deposit account belong to the same person.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on at44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at at44 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for a limited time from the date they are issued.
• at44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if fraudulent use of bonuses is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been completed.

5.4 VIP Program

at44's VIP program has 5 tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6 Fair Play Policy

8.2 Closing Your Account Yourself
